We've done some great interviews over the past year or so.  Check 'em out

Ron Hill, one of the sport's all time greats.   In Part 1 of the interview, Ron discusses the period from 1968-1970, when he enjoyed his greatest successes.

In Part 2 Ron talks about the period 1970-1972, where things started to go wrong.

Alyson Dixon.  Aly is one of Britain's best marathon runners, winning the Brighton Marathon this year and representing Great Britain in the World Championships.  We caught up with her after the Brighton win and heard how she hit the top the hard way. Check out the interview.

Tim Johnston.  Tim Johnston was an altitude training pioneer, moving to Mexico City in 1967 to train for the olympics.  He told us more about his training and the olympic experience in a three part interview which you can check out here.
